​​I’m Rob — a student Osteopath entering my 4th year of training, published author in MSK research, certified Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist, and BodyMaster Practitioner (Dip BmP). With over 10 years of anatomy and physiology experience, I specialise in helping people with lower‑back pain, sciatica, shoulder dysfunction and complex or long‑standing pain.

My clinical approach has been shaped by advanced training with respected Norwich clinician and educator Cameron Reid, whose teaching influenced how I understand movement, pain, and rehabilitation. My focus is simple: understand the problem, treat what matters, and help you get back to the things you care about
