New appointments will include a full Consultation assessing movement patterns, posture, gait analysis, and general health. A treatment plan may include osteopathic techniques including massage, manipulations (if appropriate), and mobilisations. Suitable clothing must be worn.

Deep tissue Massage
A combination of soft tissue massage and Osteopathic techniques to release and reduce tension in the muscles, helping to promote recovery and reduce the chances of injury. Including lifestyle advice to remain pain free.
(This service does not include injury assessment or aftercare exercise - Osteopathic Treatment appointment would be necessary)
